Our sourdough bread is made with our proprietary local levain, heirloom, organically-grown Turkey Red wheat from Miller Dohrmann Farm in Omaha as well as certified organic heirloom Glenn and Warthog wheats from Janie's Mill in Ashkum, Illinois.
No machines touch this bread. It is strictly hand-made to ensure ancient traditions are respected and the craft of artisan sourdough baking can continue into the next generation.
