Naturally Leavened Local Sourdough Boules


Made with our proprietary local levain and a special blend of artisan flours including heirloom, organically-grown, Turkey Red Wheat from Miller Dohrmann Farm in Omaha.


There is no commercial yeast in this bread. It is 100% naturally levained and hand-made to ensure ancient traditions are respected and the craft of artisan sourdough baking can continue into the next generation.


These boules have a crackling hearty crust, complex flavor, and robust texture perfect for casual or fine dining. 


This bread is a "bucket list" item for sourdough enthusiasts and connoisseurs.

Shokupan - Japanese Milk Bread

Our milk bread is made with Japanese artisan baking techniques credited to the city of Hokkaido in the mid 1900s.


This geometric loaf has a light crust, delicate flavor, and rich texture great for toast, sandwiches, crostini, and snacking.


A truly unique style of bread with pillowy softness and hearty flavor.

Focaccia

 This lofty focaccia includes a touch of Bluebird Sourdough and more than a touch of exceptional Tunisian Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 


The focaccia is the ideal vessel for your favorite toppings and makes for amazingly crisp and light crostini, bruschetta, smorgas, or tartine!
